Toyo Tires - My life was in danger.
The only symton was my car was bouncing- I thought it was a problem with my hydrolic system. I bought this tire 225/55R17 10/2013 to replace a rear passenger tire.
I have a CL500 Mercedes-Benz and drive 4,500 miles a year, if that. Both highway and local southern roads. Since pictures speak louder than words, I have included one below. The other tires had ample tread.
Obviously I changed all four. The tire was $150. Before tax. You can see the differential of the outside visible tread to the inside.
As a rear tire, alignment would of not been the problem!!
These tires were never rotated so therefore never on the front. I could of been killed or others injured at high highway speeds.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $165.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

You are correct. I thought my 2004 was only aligned in the front, however, that is not the case.
I do realize alignment can be thrown off 24 hours after if there is cause. Something must of happened solely to that rear side, unknown to me and I just felt it was the mongrul tire.
Thank you.
Take your car to an alignment shop and save yourself the embarrassment of telling them it can't be a problem with your rear end. It's an alignment problem!
